Lithuania do not provide any programs on Medical Anthropology, but some courses are provided in universities (Vytautas Magnus university; Lithuanian University of Health Sciences; Šiauliai University). Also, during anthropological events some parts are related to Medical anthropology. I can provide with some MedAnthro researches/articles/studies done in Lithuania by Lithuanians.

The Center for Social Anthropology
The Center for Social Anthropology (CSA) was established in 2005 as an anthropological research facility at the Faculty of Social Science at Vytautas Magnus University. Local faculty, PhD and MA students as well as scholars from other Lithuanian universities and from abroad are participating in its activities. The Center’s research fileds include social memory and heritage, religion, identity and identity politics, transnationalism and migration.

Lithuanian Social Science Forum
This is an inter-institutional and interdisciplinary network of social scientists of Lithuania established with the aim to stimulate academic life, to strengthen the academic community and to create new traditions of academic cooperation. The aims of the Forum are providing an arena for live academic discussions; collecting and disseminating contact information about Lithuanian social science scholars; encouraging international academic cooperation; facilitating the exchange of knowledge, experience and information; encouraging productive academic cooperation, e.g. joint research projects, joint curricula, etc.; The Lithuanian Social Science Forum is sponsored by the Civic Education Project and the Lithuanian Political Science Association.
